As in most of the world’s cities and after the industrial and oil renaissance in the 1970s, the original inhabitants of historic cities began migrating to modern cities, leaving behind a deep heritage and civilization. The aim of the project is to create a cultural urban and cultural environment in the heart of the central region, based on knowledge of the characteristics of the region in all historical aspects, types of buildings, building materials, details and architectural style, developing proposals and creating new buildings and creating architectural and cultural functions.
